Current Behavior

There is no option to add a new Custom Pub Dependency.

Expected Behavior

There should be an option to add a new Custom Pub Dependency.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to settings.
2. Navigate to Project Dependencies
3. Click on the Custom Pub Dependencies sub menu.

Additional Information

I want to add a custom dependency that will allow me to create a back button widget that allows me to exit the app. I can't continue with the app without a way for users to get out. This has stopped me completely.
