Can't uninstall even when disable Device admin #26
Comments
Open Device Manager should be listed under Settings->Apps->All It installs/uninstalls just like any other APK. |
after several tries I finally just factory reset the phone to get the APK off the phone. the method you described above which works for any other app wasn't functioning for this one for some reason. perhaps it's because Android Device Manager is also installed? |
That shouldn't be the case, because nothing special is done during the install. It's just a packaged APK just like any other app. Are you sure you were looking under "All" applications and not "Running" or "Downloaded"? |
oh yes, it directed me to deactivate device manager every time, even though On Sun, Jun 15, 2014 at 2:08 PM, Fmstrat notifications@github.com wrote:

Hello,
great App! I several phones Moto X, RazrM, Razor Hd, Moto Electrify2, I can't seem to uninstall the APK from these devices even after the disable screen appears. there is not a ODMDevice Manager only Android Device Manager and with that De-activated the APK still wont uninstall.I have tried ADB Uninstall, Titanium Backup, and using a root file manager to remove the APK data. Cleared Dalvik cache as well.
