Releases: FreeREAC/libreac

v1.10.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 28 Oct 00:38
v1.10.0
d58dea4
  • libreac 1.10.0: the qdisc read-back has its witness and walks no byte it did not read
  • fuzz: fuzz_qdisc drives the etf qdisc read-back over a fake rtnetlink kernel, and the dump walker stops at the bytes recv() returned (#8)
  • reac_code: declare reac-pw's last three tokens, E_NOT_MARKED, E_KNOCK_TX and E_WAKE_EDGE (#8)

v1.9.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 27 Oct 09:26
v1.9.0
d16f3f4
  • fuzz_grant.c: the four HEAD_ACK records cite the lines the header has now (#39)
  • fuzz: the coverage floor reads a brace-less nest, a default arm and a blank count strictly (#25)
  • reac_ctrlblk.h: the --box pin comment says what the pin is now
  • reac_cfg.h declares the pace and role vocabulary the transport headers used from reac-pw (1.9.0)
  • pcap_source: skip a record larger than the buffer without writing to stderr
  • README: add the repository by installing openmixer-release
  • ci: the shared build workflows are called at v1, the released ref, not main
  • fuzz_ctrl: the address is bytes 9 and 10 of the joined record (#28)
  • fuzz/README: REC_VERBOSE=1 shows the line each met record fires at (#28)
  • fuzz_ctrl: an identity reply and a reassembled record keep the address their bytes carry (#28)
  • fuzz_grant: the sweep and the scheduler carry the value the input last set (#28)
  • fuzz_identity: the family is the hw table's for the last accepted 0x0600 payload (#28)
  • fuzz_ctrl: the harness builds each row's declaration by the grammar, not by the synthesiser (#28)
  • fuzz_ctrl: a head-amp record is link 4 SINGLE by the frame's bytes, not the parser's fields (#28)
  • fuzz-records: REC_VERBOSE=1 prints each met record and the line that fires (#28)

v1.8.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 09:23
v1.8.0
9277a1f
  • reac.h: the 1.8.0 entry names the ABI the define holds, 6 (#23)
  • libreac 1.8.0
  • fuzz/README: the records, the ratchet, the contract lines and the 0-byte pcap rule (#23)
  • fuzz: raise the pcap floor to 80 covered lines (#23)
  • headers: the braid map is held to its harness copy; a 0-byte pcap buffer skips nothing (#23)
  • fuzz/sabotage: each patch names its check and its seed, and fuzz-records proves both (#23)
  • fuzz, headers: the scene trailer stays the library's own; citations name today's lines (#23)
  • fuzz_grant: group B polls the header's six addresses; group A's DT1 sum in the harness (#23)
  • fuzz_decode: check every sample against the braid map, and count the width itself (#23)
  • fuzz, headers: every rule a harness copied names its contract (#23)
  • pcap_source: skip a record of 0 bytes; 0 means the end of the file only (#23)
  • headers: a refused decode or scene build leaves its output untouched (#23)
  • fuzz: prove every mutant record at this commit, and refuse a check without one (#23)
  • fuzz: generate the seeds the new records name (#23)
  • fuzz: take the per-check harness rewrite from Theorem Labs (#23)

v1.7.3

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 24 Oct 17:48
v1.7.3
e9df87b
  • libreac 1.7.3
  • fuzz-cov: hold every harness property check to the seed corpus (#22)
  • fuzz_ctrl: seed the two single-record identity replies (#22)
  • Ship fake_box in a libreac-tests package

v1.7.2

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 24 Oct 16:26
v1.7.2
ff6616a
  • release.yml: the publish commits sign with the organisation's commit key (#20)
  • release.yml: name the secrets the shared workflows read; inherit carries nothing across organisations (#20)
  • release.yml: grant the permissions the shared build workflows need
  • libreac 1.7.2
  • Hold the fuzz coverage to a floor and check it in CI
  • Create the build directory before fuzz-sabotage logs into it
  • Give the knock harness's real step range
  • Pin the scene replay clamp in make test
  • Wrap two lines past 100 columns
  • Arm no scene replay for a base past the head-amp table
  • Document the fuzz harnesses
  • Run the fuzz harnesses in CI
  • Plant a one-line mutant per harness and require the fuzzer to find it
  • Add the coverage witness for the fuzz corpus
  • Fuzz the pcap reader
  • Fuzz the grant and the head-amp table behind it
  • Fuzz the knock against its own safety argument
  • Fuzz the multi-box registry
  • Fuzz the scene push framing
  • Fuzz discovery and the hunt
  • Fuzz the identity page decode and the box naming
  • Fuzz the control-plane parsers
  • Fuzz the audio frame decoders
  • Generate the fuzz seed corpus from the test fixtures
  • Build libFuzzer harnesses against a sanitizer copy of libreac.a
  • Comments state the code's own facts: drop ticket numbers and private-repo citations
  • Remove the committed push-failure log and ignore it
  • Remove CHANGELOG.md and every check that read it

libreac 1.7.1

Choose a tag to compare

@linuxnow linuxnow released this 11 Oct 12:13
v1.7.1
45cdcb8

Packaging release. libreac and libreac-transport now build as RPMs for Fedora and as DEBs for Debian (libreac6, libreac-dev, libreac-transport7, libreac-transport-dev), and install from the FreeMixer channel.

  • Add Debian packages.
  • Build libreac-transport from libreac.spec.
  • Release through the shared FreeMixer workflows.
  • Check that reac.h, the spec, debian/ and CHANGELOG.md agree on version and sonames.
  • README installs from the FreeMixer channel; BUILDING.md describes the packages.
