FTS is not sending CoT over the Federation service

Federation connection is alive and showing no error in the WebUI but no CoT is transfered

the folder;

/usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/FreeTAKServer

is not showing a logs folder

@naman I have replicated the issue using Pub (fed Server) and Dev (fed client)

Hi, thanks for checking this so fast. Also iam not seeing connected clients each other over federation. Could you confirm that this is same issue?
