Initial Development of CBT Section
This commit introduces the initial development of the Computer Based Test (CBT) section of the Exam Pilot application.

Key changes include:

  • Data Structures: Defined the Question interface and created mock data for testing.
  • CBT Page UI: Built the basic UI for the CBT page, including displaying questions, options, and a question navigation grid.
  • Question Navigation: Implemented state management and navigation logic to move between questions.
  • Countdown Timer: Added a functional countdown timer to the CBT page.
