- pinned base docker image for 'backend' service to python3.10-bullseye because the updated python3.10 base image was updated to use libg1 which was causing us issues so i just pinned it
- added filter_properties api param to the chatbot_grounding api route
- changed the unstructured dependencies from unstructured[all-docs] to installing the unstructured[md] and unstructured[docx] packages individually (this maybe can be reverted bc this was fixing somethign that was only broken on local)
