To capture the state of a component before and after it runs at a particular time, add the following to your Hierarchy RC file

COMPONENT_TO_RECORD: <name_of_component_to_record>
TEST_FRAMEWORK: .true.
TARGET_TIME: '2000-04-14 22:00:00'
MAPL_GridCapture: .true.
