🔧 R-Shell 2.9.2 — Terminal & Connection Manager Refinements

This patch release polishes the connection manager — collapsed folders are remembered across restarts and the status row is replaced with a relative/compact last-connected date — and stabilizes the terminal: tab dragging is rock solid, a hidden pane keeps its WebGL renderer through a grace period, and the tab close button no longer loses clicks to the drag handler. Global shortcuts stop hijacking keys in other apps and macOS menu chords, the transfer queue gets scrollable rows without bright dividers, and a Polish translation is now available.
