🔧 R-Shell 3.0.1 — Line-Rate SFTP Transfers, SOCKS Proxy & Windows Polish

This patch release makes big files move at line rate: SFTP uploads and downloads now use multi-connection segmented transfer on russh 0.63 (with the compression-disconnect fix), so transfers saturate the link in both directions instead of crawling. SSH tunnels gain SOCKS4/5 dynamic port forwarding, the connection dialog can pick the SSH private key with the OS file dialog, and a batch of Windows fixes lands — Ctrl+V now pastes into the terminal, and the toast spam on window refocus and settings save is gone — alongside dead-settings cleanup, macOS shortcut fixes and a relative .DirIcon symlink for AppImage catalogs.
