Changes:

1. ALN search
   • Enter a prefix and extention (12.123) to search for reports with awards that contain that exact ALN.
   • Enter just a prefix (12) to search for reports with awards that fall under that agency.

How to test:

1. Switch to this branch and run normally.
2. Make sure there is data in your dissemination tables
   • Manual submission
   • Cypress
   • Data loading (the fastest option)
3. Make some searches on an ALNs that appear in your dissemination tables. 93.001 is the value used in the current Cypress submission, which you may have.

• Once a PR is merged, keep an eye on it until it’s deployed to dev, and do enough testing on dev to verify that it deployed successfully, the feature works as expected, and the happy path for the broad feature area (such as submission) still works.
