Release 13 - 20261007a

Untested snapshot of Coonie's Modpack Neo, the Newcalc-era codebase. This is Neo Release 13, following Neo Release 12; it is separate from the historical pre-Neo pack.

• Includes Neo's already-committed post-Release-12 source updates, including the October 2025 pins
• Removes unavailable miniscoped/stuffz; all 61 surviving submodule pins and bundled mod/configuration files are unchanged by this maintenance pass
• Refreshes the README, exact inventory, installation directions, attribution, and release provenance notes
• Retains the later pinned AetherJokers implementation. Release 12's local deletion and the later guarded enhancement check are documented; the older broad workaround was not blindly reapplied

No gameplay testing has been performed. Current Balatro/Lovely/Steamodded compatibility is unknown. Back up saves and the existing Mods directory.

Download the attached Mods.zip and extract its contents inside Mods. Neo's established ZIP layout has the individual mod folders at the archive root. GitHub's automatic Source code archives do not populate submodules.

Installation and status · Inventory · Aether provenance and verification limits

Packaging verification passed: all 61 pinned submodules, all 5,996 mod files, and the 6,004-entry ZIP were checked against source blobs and per-file hashes. CRC checks passed. GitHub's uploaded asset digest matches the independently prepared archive. These are source/archive-integrity checks, not gameplay tests.
