Update BUILD.md

Update the macOS section.

caskroom/versions was moved. Use homebrew/cask-versions instead.
Java8 is no longer available on Homebrew. Use openjdk instead.
SDK's environment variable now changed to ANDROID_SDK_ROOT.
SDK's default installation directory is ~/Library/Android/sdk now.

About the default installation, the path ~/Library/Android/sdk is specific to macOS. Therefore, I edited your commit to provide the default value for all OS.
