* A11y upgrade for the header and footer (geonetwork#3726) * A11y upgrade for Header and Footer: - added `aria-role="menuitem"` to the nav bar - more colour contrast - removed `Google +` * Change cursor type * Small styling changes for the alert messages (geonetwork#3697) * New stylesheet for the alerts and extra styling for the alert messages Changes: - `max-width` and `min-width` for the alerts - added an icon - slightly changed green for the success messages (better visibility for a smaller message in the upper left corner) - added a border on the left side (like the messages in the admin) * Include Bootstrap less file to fix compiling error * A11y upgrade for the Search Result and Detail page (geonetwork#3728) - added `aria-roles` - more colour contrast - added background colours - changed aria roles * Fixes link to XML in editor Since commit 2779b74 link to XML view shown in editor error messages doesn't point to the right URL. * Admin / Languages ui draft. * API / Language / Fix delete operation due to DB changes. * API / Languages / Add operation to list application languages. Those that can be initialized with and SQL scripts. Also fix PUT operation after JPA migration. * Admin / Language / Add panel to manage db languages.
