There are no adjustments of time differences. I'm not sure how it affects so far.

Confirmed there is a timezone problem. We have to fix it.

Memo: There is no timezone data in the passed parameters from Slack.

Way1: Detect timezone by users.info API.
https://api.slack.com/methods/users.info

Way2: Create timezone setting on the spreadsheet.
