/forms    - Oracle Forms: pll, fmb, Templates, ...
          - All files in the /forms-directory should be in your forms-path
            of your registry and your default.env

/scott    - Install the Demo-Tables.      RUN scott.sql
          - creates the scott-schema
          - start the scripts as SYSTEM

/scripts  - Install the Framework-Tables. RUN create_frw.sql
          - start the script as SCOTT
