Benchmark runner: a broken library is no longer silent (#283)
Follow-up to v0.18.2. When the environment gate is bypassed (--skip-env-check, or a launch outside scripts/run_all_benchmarks.sh) and a baseline's library fails to import at fit time, the run used to record every cell as not_supported and finish green, and nbn-bench plot dropped the baseline without a word (the pgmpy incidents of 2026-09-10 and 2026-09-14).
The status stays not_supported — no schema, table or figure changes — but:
- the cell rows are tagged (
error_msg = "library not usable: <ImportError>"); - the runner warns once per baseline at the first affected cell, on the console and in
run.log, with the underlying error and the fix, and summarises all such baselines at the end of the run; nbn-bench plotsays which baselines it omitted and why (WARNING when the library was unusable, INFO when it is genuine applicability).
Exit code is unchanged (0): the parquet is valid and scripts chain runs.
Upgrade notes
None. Older parquets load and plot as before; runs from this version carry the marker in error_msg only.
