App Needs vcruntime140.dll to work. Package installer with Visual C++ 2015 redistributable

Let me first say 'THANK YOU' for this git client. Its beautiful and I recommend it to literally everyone. So it was really frustrating that I couldn't get the app to open on two separate new computers. I finally figured out the reason the app wasn't opening is that the rust-server.exe needs vcruntime140.dll to work, which comes with the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685. Now that I installed the distributable, the app successfully opens. This should be packaged with future installers because this was a rather annoying bug trying to figure out.

Thanks for finding this and investigating it. I'm working on a release right now, and I'll make sure it works on a fresh virtual machine.
