Support for aliases on commands!

This is a major release as it adds support for including command aliases - for example, "!cle" as an alias for "!cleveland" will show as "cleveland (cle)".

It also adds a very small helper batch file around installation.

Minor edits for description and version

Improved the description text and updated the version to be accurate.

Add visibility filter

Adds a filter to hide commands that are marked hidden from the drop list.

Initial release

The basic command release. I am not expecting to make a lot of changes from this, but anything is possible.
