There is no working API for created new Custom Field Folder for Contacts?
We saw this documentation for creating a custom field
but there is nothing mentioned about how to create a folder. we saw this endpoint, but it's not working on Contact and Opportunities, so we figured there should be another one?

We'd like to create a folder that will include several custom fields
