hrlibc for Gentoo

If ya'll like compiling from source so much, here's a script that downloads it, builds it, configures it, AND EVEN CLEANS UP AFTERWARDS, HA! Just run it in your ~ directory!

PS: I know what EBuild files are, I just didn't want to go through all that crap.
