This release of Gorgon is intended for attendees of NCMI Workshop on Single Particle Reconstruction, Structural Variability and Modeling.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Build from source is NOT supported for the workshop. The attendees should download only binaries and the data sets!

Platform Notes

Ubuntu

1. Download and extract Gorgon-v2.2.0-CentOS.tar.gz.
2. Run qtconfig-qt4. You may need to install it.
3. Select Appearance -> Select GUI Style -> Cleanlooks
4. Log out and log in your account
5. In extracted Gorgon-v2.2.0-CentOS folder, run ./gorgon
