1.0.2 - Fix for Modded Game Modes

Good afternoon, modders! This fix for GorillaLibrary repairs an issue most people were having where modded game modes would not produce a game mode manager and therefore have no activity to participate in, like modded infection lobbies lacking the tagging and that sort of deal.

We have also introduced functionality for mods to implement their own categories in the wardrobe. Currently, there is a limit of five categories per section implemented by a mod, though mods can implement unlimited sections. The selection locator can be found where the outfits are placed on the wardrobe, with the outfit functionality having been implemented with the system our mod provides.
