Multimedia sending has not worked in all communicators for two weeks now #2592

Tested on different networks, vpn and without. Sending photos and videos is impossible during maintenance or reels:

  • signal
  • whatsapp
  • messenger

Every attempt to send multimedia fails - the message "sending in progress" appears, which can be unchanged for several weeks.

No one else has encountered this and we can't replicate it. There are unlikely to be any updates. Far more info is required.

I have inserted more information here:
#2637

The problem did not occur in Android 13.
The problem is definitely global and so please verify the apps works on google pixel 6a :)

Caused by having a broken variant of Google Camera.
