Implement standardized README.md structure with reusable template generators

This PR implements the standardized README.md structure requested for consistent documentation across all Laravel packages in the Grazulex ecosystem.

Changes Made

✅ Header Section Updates

• Removed duplicate "Code Quality" badge, keeping only "Tests" badge as per template requirements
• Maintained all existing badges in proper order with correct URLs
• Preserved logo and description structure

✅ Table of Contents Addition

• Added comprehensive Table of Contents after the overview section
• Provides clean navigation to all major sections with working anchor links
• Covers all sections in logical order for easy navigation

✅ Documentation Links Reorganization

• Restructured documentation section into clear categories:
  • 📖 Getting Started: Links to docs/README.md and configuration
  • 🎯 Advanced Usage: All detailed documentation links organized
  • 💡 Examples: Highlights examples/README.md as main examples entry point
• All links verified to exist and work correctly

✅ Standardized Footer Implementation

• Added Contributing section linking to CONTRIBUTING.md
• Added Security section linking to SECURITY.md
• Added License section linking to LICENSE.md
• Added "Made with ❤️ for the Laravel community" footer as specified

✅ Packagist Compatibility

• Ensured all Markdown renders correctly on both GitHub and Packagist
• Used appropriate styling that doesn't break Packagist rendering
• All links work properly on both platforms

Template Generators Created

For reuse across other Laravel packages:

Bash Script Generator

./generate-readme-template.sh <package-name> <package-description>

PHP Script Generator

php generate-readme-template.php [composer.json-path]

• Automatically extracts package info from composer.json
• Generates README.md and supporting file templates
• Creates structured documentation directories

Impact

• Consistency: README now follows exact standardized template
• Reusability: Template generators enable consistent structure across all packages
• Navigation: Table of contents makes extensive content easily accessible
• Professionalism: Standardized footer sections enhance project credibility
• Maintainability: Clear structure that's easy to maintain and update

All existing excellent content has been preserved while adding the required standardized structure. The repository now serves as the perfect template for other Laravel packages in the ecosystem.
