Added commands & bug fixes.

  • Now you can run:
    • node nodisan make:model modelName
    • node nodisan make:model modelName --migration
    • node nodisan make:migration migration_name_table You can run it, but its an empty template yet
  • Fixed important bug
    - The default export of "resource.js"
