1.0.2 — install docs corrected, usage guide linked

Documentation release.

• The root README used to tell people to install from the plugin market, which does not carry this plugin. It now links the Releases page and gives the two supported routes: the plugin manager with the absolute tgz path, or dsh plugin --profile PROFILE add FILE.
• The README is now bilingual in its header, and links the new usage guide, the MIT license and the author.
• docs/使用经验与技巧.md collects the practical notes from actually driving this plugin: physical-pixel coordinates and window origins, click by accessibility name first, set_value for long text because keyboard injection times out, latch semantics of the ESC gate, popup vs ordinary same-process windows, native file dialogs, error codes, and a five-step first run.
• No tool behaviour changed.

The cursor decoration is still opt-in and experimental: create %TEMP%\dsc-cursor-fx.enable (content pose for the arrow-less set) or set cursorFx: true, then restart DSH. Not supported with several DSH instances at once.
