Version 31.3 Development replaces the old package-to-Terminal handoff with graphical, capability-aware Software Logistics. Search real DNF, APT, Pacman, Zypper, APK, XBPS, Flatpak, or WinGet catalogs; inspect package metadata; and review manager-provided change output, storage impact, signature policy, authorization, cancellation support, and restart assessment before install, remove, or update. Transactions show live progress and bounded history with truthful rollback guidance. Source inventory is visible for every adapter; confirmed changes are limited to supported user Flatpak and custom WinGet sources. This milestone also corrects Files 2.0 with compact fixed-height file/folder rows and horizontal command rails. Version 30 remains Stable.
