Version 31.4 Development upgrades the existing Network area into a capability-aware Connectivity and Hardware matrix. It adds real VPN and saved-network inventory, supported Linux hotspot control, firewall state, explicit route/DNS/reachability diagnostics, printer/scanner/camera/controller/USB/removable-device inventory, and an LCARS-local removable mount policy. VPN, hotspot, and saved-network changes require exact, single-use approval through the existing Portal Center; camera, screen-sharing, printing, and device access requests use the same broker. Unsupported platform controls stay visibly unavailable and hotspot credentials are never stored. This milestone also repairs Software Logistics with isolated, readable numbered controls and a clear offline package-manager state. Version 30 remains Stable.
