v1.2.1: The Quickstart Orchestrator & System Design Evolution 🚀
The Quickstart Orchestrator & System Design Evolution
This update introduces a paramount unified entry point for new projects and solves the core problem of AI context bloat in complex System Designs.
🌟 Key Highlights
1. /quickstart — The Single, Intelligent Entrypoint
We've introduced and highlighted /quickstart as the only command you need to know to get started.
Instead of memorizing our dense workflow diagram, /quickstart actively detects your project state. Whether you have a blank folder, a generated PRD, or an active TASKS list, it will perfectly orchestrate the transition between /genesis, /design-system, /blueprint, /challenge, and /forge.
- Pro Tip: Give it a blank workspace and let the AI guide you seamlessly through the entire project lifecycle!
2. Dual-Phase Challenge Workflow (/challenge)
The /challenge workflow is no longer just for system architecture. It now operates as an intelligent two-phase auditor:
- Design Review: Audits the PRD and Architecture before breaking down work.
- Task Review: Audits the Work Breakdown Structure (
TASKS.md) before executing code to ensure perfect mapping, zero gaps, and flawless User Story compliance.
3. L0 / L1 Context Separation for System Design
Resolved the issue of monolithic System Design documents exceeding the LLM contextual window limits:
- L0 Navigation Layer: Enforces strict Operation Contract Tables and property-schema configurations without implementation logic.
- L1 Detail Layer: A lazy-loaded implementation document triggered by strict configurable rules (e.g. non-trivial >15 line algorithms) to house heavy codebase knowledge only when the Forge Agent genuinely needs it.
4. Zero-Friction Chinese Spec Alignment
The spec-writer Template logic was entirely rewritten to output strict, professional-grade Chinese PRD templates. Unclear narratives are gone, replaced by sharp [REQ-XXX] traceable business boundaries.
5. Verified by Dogfooding!
The CLI anws code you run today and its associated .agent/ environments were built entirely using Antigravity's own workflows. The framework orchestrates itself.
Upgrade Instructions:
To apply this update, first upgrade your global CLI package, then update your project's .agent directory:
npm install -g @haaaiawd/anws@latest
cd your-project
