Highlights

  • Isolated tmux runtime. Kotgent now ignores the user's tmux configuration for its private server and applies a known set of server options, keeping mouse handling, copy mode, attach behavior, and automation predictable.
  • Persistent unread state. Per-session read cursors survive daemon restarts, drive unread badges in the Web UI, and synchronize badge clearing across connected clients.
  • Better session ergonomics. Directory groups are collapsible, terminal headers can copy the attach command, and the sidebar shows the running Kotgent version.
  • More reliable lifecycle handling. Clean SIGINT/SIGTERM shutdown, immediate daemon restart, quieter first-run SQLite initialization, and hardened PTY/tmux input and teardown paths.
  • Project polish. Documentation was refreshed and the project now ships under Apache-2.0.
