connection to PostgreSQL fails since 32b4e93 (libwinpthread-1 is still required?)

after upgrading to latest nightly i cannot connect to PostgreSQL anymore. connection fails with

adding libwinpthread-1 fixes the issue (it has been removed in commit 32b4e93

clean install latest nightly, try to connect to postgres (win 11)

Thanks for the hint. I indeed removed some libraries of which I thought they were not in use. Even using libpq17 I was still able to connect normally. Now I had a deeper look with Process Explorer and saw that libwinpthread-1 was loaded from some other directory I had in the PATH lying around. Well, dll hell was kidding me here.
New installer should fix it.
