Fixes found testing in a real signed-in Copilot:

• Copilot Ctrl+I and agent-mode edits work: Claude no longer tries Copilot's tools natively (the CLI rejected them).
• The Claude inline box keeps its Keep/Undo review open until you decide (it could close before the edit landed).
