Input Delay Set
Creates a file called kai_delay in the plugins folder. Allows you to set your input delay when facing people online. Default is 2 frames of delay (native netplay delay for DBFZ), can be set between any number of 0 - 10.
Other options include:
off = uses default input delay
auto = Automatically sets the frame delay based recommended delay.
Recommended Delay = Ping\2\16.5 rounded down
Works even against opponents who do not have SHENRON installed
