v2.14.0 — zigbee2mqtt groups as Indigo devices

zigbee2mqtt groups are now Indigo devices. Make a group in zigbee2mqtt's web page, add your lights or plugs, and the plugin makes a Z2M Group Light or Z2M Group Switch for it within a second or so.

• Switching the group sends one message to every member at once, so the lights change together instead of one after another.
• It works anywhere a light or switch does — control pages, schedules, triggers and HomeKit.
• A light group has colour and shade-of-white controls when any member has them.
• It follows a rename in zigbee2mqtt and shows which devices are in it.
• Discover & Create Devices makes group devices too.
