Repo with Visual Studio and MonoDevelop settings for flipping from Visual Studio style formatting to Mono style

For MonoDevelop, unzip the file and put the folder in:

• Mac ~/Library/Preferences/MonoDevelop-{version}/
• Windows ~/AppData/Roaming/MonoDevelop-{version}/Config
• Linux ~/.config/MonoDevelop-{version}/
