Global partials

The HubSpot CMS Boilerplate comes with three different global partials including the main header, main footer, and a simple header without navigation. For more information on creating global content, please reference this article.

Header:

Header partial

The default header includes a logo, main navigation, language switcher, and a search field. This header is used on the majority of the templates with the exception of the landing page template, which leverages the simple header without navigation, and the membership system templates which don’t include a header to provider a smoother sign-up flow rather than allowing users to navigate away from the sign-up unintentionally.

Header no navigation:

Header no navigation partial

The simple header without navigation, which is used on the landing page template, includes only a logo module. A header without navigation is used on the landing page template because this historically results in higher conversion rates as users are less likely to get distracted and navigate away from the page.

Footer:

Footer partial

The footer, which is used on all templates, includes the social follow module and copyright text.
