fourmolu-checker v1.4.2

• invalidate scoped diagnostics and refresh clean open files when
  fourmolu.yaml or a Cabal (.cabal) project input changes, without parsing
  either file or starting a workspace scan;
• add deterministic regression coverage proving block Quick Fixes reconstruct
  Fourmolu output exactly, including Unicode, end-of-file and line-ending cases;
• add late-result lifecycle coverage for save, document-change, configuration,
  project-input and close-event races.
