Custom connectors and lifecycle hardening

  • Completes the custom MCP connector OAuth lifecycle, live registry status, and clean disconnect/reconnect behavior.
  • Serializes sidecar and Hermes shutdown/restart paths to prevent races and orphaned child processes.
  • Repairs invalid cron default-model/provider combinations in managed Hermes profiles.
  • Excludes the unreliable pre-release browser-routine prototype and pauses legacy browser jobs while preserving their definitions and history.
  • Documents the browser prototype findings and go/no-go criteria for a separate managed-cloud-browser spike.

The app and DMG are signed, notarized, stapled, and Gatekeeper-validated. CI passed 338 orchestrator tests, TypeScript checks, the production chat UI build, style checks, and Hermes runtime smoke coverage.
