Learn about vigilant mode.

What changed

  • Restored credential-free web search in the self-contained macOS app by bundling the missing DDGS dependency.
  • Added a release-time capability contract so incomplete Hermes tool bundles fail CI and packaging.
  • Kept existing system-prompt and browser-routing behavior unchanged.

The app and DMG are signed, notarized, and stapled for macOS Gatekeeper.
