LiteSnap v2.0.1 is now available for Windows and macOS.

Highlights

  • Fixed Windows pinning getting stuck in Processing.
  • Cancel now exits cleanly without breaking the next screenshot shortcut.
  • Pinned screenshots match the captured size across 100%, 125%, and 150% DPI scaling and multi-monitor setups.
  • Aspect ratio is preserved only during manual resizing, avoiding incorrect dimensions from the previous image.
  • Windows image transfer and decoding no longer block the WebView2 UI thread.
  • Pin borders no longer reduce the visible screenshot area.
  • Improved arrow visibility on Retina displays.

On first launch, macOS will request Screen & System Audio Recording permission so LiteSnap can capture the screen.
