Enable/Disable "Read more about access..." Banner #96
Description
Summary:
After a user has made their consent preferences, by default a banner appears at the bottom stating 'A reminder you can control your consent preferences here'. Some of CMP partners would prefer NOT to show this banner but instead would like to set up their own button or place a link somewhere on their website to allow users to re-initiate the consent UX.
Acceptance Criteria:
As a website owner, I should be able to configure the CMP to enable/disable the "A reminder you can control your consent preferences here" banner.
As a website owner, I want to be able to extract a link that will initiate the consent UX.
Details:
Should be in the config dictionary
Should default to "show"
