Browsing and Uploading the entire directory #3098

Hello, this issue is relevant to #2249 . I'm wonder whether there is a way to upload the entire directory so that the structure is maintained. The user can browse the directory and files by simply clicking into like Dropbox and github without explicitly downloading and unzipping the data.
