[Alarms]: Identify alarms for different IOCs of same device

Issue Description

As an instrument scientist I would like to see map the alarms back to the PVs for the particular IOC that is in error.
When several instances of the same device is connected, it is difficult to find which one is in error by the PV name alone. Can we have label or alias for each and associate them with the alarm in the alarm view?

Acceptance Criteria

1. Find a way to easily identify IOC for the PVs in alarm. One way could be to define aliases for the IOCs so that even if multiple device of same kind are attached, the alarm view can easily point to the IOC which is really having the issue.
2. Create a new ticket to implement the solution.
