Grids show a momentary empty template before getting data bound

Open https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-react/grid-samples

Click on the second tab (or go back to the first)

You'll see a flashing (sub 1 second) display of the grid empty template. Instead the loading indicator should be displayed initially.
