Let's wait for the pull request that implements our Deep reader in cortex that should also add unit tests for this feature as well. |

The IECoreNuke::DeepImageReader previously ignored any ZBack channel and created on from the previous samples Z value.
This pull request fixes that issue and allows the node to use a ZBack channel if one is available.
