There seems to be a missing metadata tag somewhere in the part3 notebook. This is the same notebook, same screenshot, just re-saved to fix whatever tag was missing. Also adds back the missing Colab badge.
Tested by re-uploading to Colab and viewing on my fork and everything renders fine now.
Sorry about that - they both looked okay in the review!
