Changes

  • Fix release CI jobs to test the release configuration.
  • Add stable Xcode 27.1 debug/release coverage alongside the default macOS runner.
  • Allow manual CI dispatch for verification before publication.
  • Enforce complete concurrency checking and compiler warnings as errors.
  • Update actions/checkout to v7 and actions/github-script to v9.

The public API, Swift 5.9 tools minimum, and iOS 16/macOS 13 deployment targets are unchanged.

Patch increment from v0.2.4.

Verification

All four main CI jobs passed on release commit 96add0c61cd168f5836c8b8b28ec1e65fbf7708e, using Xcode 26.6 / Swift 6.3.3 and stable Xcode 27.1 / Swift 6.4, in debug and release. Each job passed 145 tests with zero failures. Codex review of the release commit found no issues.

JS parity was skipped because the custom engine is unavailable on hosted runners. Native iOS device/simulator builds were not run for this CI-only patch.
