• macOS: parse cwd from JSONL session data instead of ambiguous dash-encoded directory names (thanks @KaustubhPatange)
• macOS: resolve full claude CLI path via command -v to fix spawn ENOENT, graceful fallback when stored cwd no longer exists (thanks @nrolland)
