Trim release aligning with the 0.3.0 Python SDK.

Breaking:

• Drops provision_mongo — backend /nosql endpoint is not live yet.
• name is now a required argument on provision_postgres and provision_webhook.

Fixes:

• list_resources output now uses resource_type / token fields matching the SDK 0.3.0 Resource type.

Requires instanode>=0.3.0.
