If it makes sense, please replace inteloneapi with oneapi:

scripts/build_for_conda.sh:export ONEAPI_ROOT="/opt/intel/inteloneapi"
scripts/build_for_develop.sh:export ONEAPI_ROOT=/opt/intel/inteloneapi
